CIXI is an active mobility startup that develops products ranging from the Vigoz - an active vehicle capable of speeds up to 120km/h - to electric bicycles. We aim to enable our users to be active during their daily commutes while reducing their ecological footprint.

The challenge: Steering multi-technological innovation

As a Project Manager, you will join a rapidly evolving project team. You will have the opportunity to manage diverse projects, from prototype (POC) to production launch, while contributing to the structuring of our internal processes within the PMO.

Your missions:

Co-construct:

• Organize "make or buy" decisions in collaboration with the technical teams and in line with CIXI's business strategy.

• Work collaboratively with the system, hardware, software, and mechanical development teams to organize the delivery of electronic systems according to project requirements.

• Take into account the availability of the involved teams to ensure realistic and effective planning.

• Identify interdependencies and work jointly with the development teams and project sponsor teams, particularly the sales team.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential suppliers.

Monitor:

• Prepare and lead planning meetings.

• Identify project risks, raise alerts, and implement management strategies to mitigate them.

• Keep macro and detailed schedules up-to-date and share synthetic status reports.

Inspire / Improve:

• Analyze project performance by defining KPIs and preparing reports.

• Participate in the life of the PMO, improving and disseminating processes to standardize the company's project management practices.

Your profile:

For this position, we are looking for someone capable of navigating a complex industrial environment with the following skills:

• General technical knowledge: Ability to communicate fluently with engineers from different domains (mechanical, system, etc.) to understand technical constraints.

• Methodological support: Mastery of the V-Cycle or Agile methodologies to best support our teams in structuring and monitoring their development stages.

• Diplomacy and unifying communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to lead meetings and the ability to find fair compromises between commercial imperatives and technical realities.

• Professional English: Essential for working and documenting within our international technical context.

• Project management tools: Use of Jira for daily monitoring and reporting.
