CIXI is an active mobility startup developing products ranging from the Vigoz -an active vehicle that can travel up to 120km/h- to bicycles. We want to enable people to be active during their daily trips and reduce their environmental footprint. 

The Verification & Validation team carries out all testing (electronic hardware, firmware, and mechanical) on the vehicle and its subsystems. By joining us as a System Verification & Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for testing our embedded systems (pedaling system, powertrain, steering, etc.).

Your mission:

In this role, you will take ownership of the project's testing scope in order to:

• Structure the testing approach: Define and implement an automated testing workflow and its associated toolchain to ensure the efficiency and repeatability of validation campaigns.

• Ensure requirement coverage: Write test plans based on functional and technical requirements to ensure every vehicle feature perfectly meets specifications.

• Design precise scenarios: Develop corresponding test cases to accurately simulate the expected behavior of embedded systems.

• Optimize test execution: Drive the performance of tests, primarily through automated routines, to accelerate development cycles while maintaining high reliability.

• Guarantee system compliance: Analyze and interpret results to identify potential anomalies and guide technical corrections.

• Certify final quality: Write detailed validation reports to officially document the system's technological maturity before production.

Your profile:

To succeed in this position, you will need to leverage your technical expertise and communication skills in order to:

• Demonstrate technical command: Rely on your background in electronics/embedded software, your experience in validation, and your proficiency in simulation tools (Matlab/Simulink) and Python scripting.

• Manage scientific complexity: Use your mathematical skills to perform the complex calculations essential for test precision.

• Innovate through usage: Combine your organizational skills with a passion for cycling to design test scenarios rooted in real-world user experience.

• Collaborate in a multicultural context: Use your strong English skills to communicate fluently with our teams in an international environment.
