CIXI is a startup in active mobility, developing products ranging from the Vigoz — an active vehicle capable of reaching speeds up to 120 km/h — to the PERS kit, a pedaling system that can be integrated into electric bikes, among others. Our mission is to enable users to stay active during their daily commutes while reducing their ecological footprint.

By joining the firmware team as a Firmware Developer -  Integrator, you will be responsible for integrating different software modules and fine-tuning the firmware in collaboration with the various development teams (control systems, firmware, hardware), ensuring software stability and non-regression. You will also manage firmware releases (versioning/configuration) to best meet prototype requirements and customer needs.

Your responsibilities:

• Integrate various software modules and fine-tune the firmware in its target environment in coordination with development teams

• Ensure compatibility between software components

• Guarantee software non-regression following new developments

• Manage deliverables (versions/configurations) in line with quality and timeline requirements

• Contribute to the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of software managed by the team

• Help write and automate integration tests

• Investigate technical issues identified during continuous integration (CI) testing, validation, or customer feedback

Your profile:

• You hold an engineering degree (Master’s level, BAC+5) in embedded systems, electronics, computer science, or software engineering

• You have initial experience in embedded software development (real-time programming in C), debugging, and testing

• You have experience with configuration management and continuous integration tools

• You are curious and eager to learn

• You have strong problem-solving skills

• You are well-organized and have a clear, synthetic mindset

• You are comfortable working in English, which is our daily working language
