Hiring process

A first interview

To get to know each other.
A second interview based on a technical test

To better understand how you work and so that you can have a glimpse at the job you are applying for.
A third interview

To discuss the modalities of the contract, to answer any remaining questions you may have, and to exchange on our company philosophy.
To be noted

Depending on the position and contract type, some steps can be changed, for instance there are only two interviews for internships.
Interviews can be conducted by video conference or in our offices. We will adapt to the distance between CIXI <=> your home, but ideally you will visit us at least once during the process.
