CIXI is an active mobility startup developing products ranging from the Vigoz -an active vehicle that can travel up to 120km/h- to bicycles. We want to enable people to be active during their daily trips and reduce their environmental footprint.

By joining us as an Industrialization Engineer, you will integrate the Industrialization Team in charge of designing, sizing and deploying our local production units, to start ramp up by 2024.

Your responsibilities:

• Design CIXI’s production lines: plant layout, design of assembly workstations, equipments, definition and monitoring of KPIs and information flows

• Define and implement production and logistics organization: methods, digital tools, HR organization. Optimize them by applying appropriate methodologies and tools.

• In collaboration with our development team :

  • Participate in product development by applying Design For Manufacturing principles

  • Participate in make-or-buy decisions

  • Establish assembly sequences and assembly control plans

• Implement industrial equipments: specifications, supplier selection, implementation, monitoring

• Manage industrialization of sourced parts: participate in choice of supplier, monitor process implementation and validate its robustness, follow pre-series and ramp up

Your profile:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in product industrialization

• You have successfully planned and managed the industrialization of a product, from design to ramp up and/or successfully managed projects of production organization/tools/methods implementation

• You are very rigorous and have excellent organizational skills

• You are proficient with Lean concepts

• Experience with Autocad or an equivalent software is a plus

• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
