Firmware Engineer

CIXI is an active mobility startup developing products ranging from the Vigoz -an active vehicle that can travel up to 120km/h- to bicycles. We want to enable people to be active during their daily trips and reduce their environmental footprint.

By joining us as a Firmware Engineer, you will be in charge of developing, implementing and testing new features on the hardware for our different prototypes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Program low level drivers for our custom PCBs

  • Interface middleware libraries and enable new code features

  • Implement high level state machines and algorithms

  • Code and test embedded firmware on our functional prototypes

Your profile:

  • Youhave at least 5 years of experience in embedded development
  • Your technical skills:

    • Embedded C/C++ programming.

    • Real-time operating systems.

    • Standard MCU peripherals interfacing (CAN, SPI, DMA, …).

  • You have excellent problem-solving skills, you are curious and eager to learn

  • You have a good level in English

  • Experience in the automotive or aerospace field is a plus
