CIXI is an active mobility startup developing products ranging from the Vigoz -an active vehicle that can travel up to 120km/h- to bicycles. We want to enable people to be active during their daily trips and reduce their environmental footprint.

By joining us as a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will integrate our Car to Ground team in charge of developing the front drive train, rear drive train, vehicle dynamics, power train, etc, and will be responsible for developing a sub-system among this perimeter. You will be in charge of your project from the definition phase to the prototype validation, including all the project management associated to the development. 

Your responsibilities:

• Hold the project responsibilities: resources, planning, deliverables

• Define and maintain the list of specifications of your system

• Carry out the sizing and design of your system

• Build, maintain and improve your prototype

• Design and perform bench and road tests to validate your design

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering

• You have a strong mathematical background

• You can build prototypes and think with your hands

• You have excellent problem-solving skills and are eager to learn fast

• You have a good level in English
